The short version: we collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us — by submitting our contact form, emailing us, or calling us. We use it to respond to you and to do the work you asked about. We do not sell or rent it. We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Next Project Logistics ("Next Project Logistics," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at next-pl.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site does and does not collect, how any information you choose to send us is handled, and the choices available to you. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Terms & Conditions.
01Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. That happens in three ways:
- Our contact form. If you submit the contact form on the Site, we receive your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the message you write. We also record the date and time of your submission.
- Text message consent. The contact form includes an optional checkbox for receiving SMS text messages from us. The box is unchecked by default and is never required in order to submit the form. If you check it, we record that you consented, the date and time, and the exact disclosure text shown to you, so that we have a record of your permission.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share — for example your name, email address, phone number, company, and project details.
02Information We Do Not Collect
The Site does not have, and does not use, any of the following:
- User accounts. There is nothing to log into, and no profiles are created or stored.
- Analytics or visitor tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, tracking pixels, heatmaps, or session recording of any kind.
- Advertising or behavioral targeting. We do not serve ads, run remarketing, or share data with advertising networks.
- Sensitive categories. We do not ask for and do not want government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, or similar sensitive data through the Site.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we have never done so. We do not use personal information for profiling or automated decision-making.
03How We Use Your Information
We collect and use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, communicate with you regarding account updates, and respond to your customer service requests or inquiries. Additionally, this data allows us to process transactions and fulfill contractual obligations efficiently.
In practice, for a contact form submission or an inquiry, that means we use what you send to reply to you, prepare a quote, schedule and coordinate work, keep you updated on the status of a shipment or project, and maintain our normal business records. If you opted in to text messages, we also use your phone number to send you the messages described in our Terms & Conditions. We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
04How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share necessary details with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, under strict confidentiality obligations. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
The service providers we rely on are limited to the ones needed to run the Site and communicate with you — our hosting provider, our form and email delivery providers, and our telephone and text messaging provider. They are permitted to use your information only to perform those services for us. See Section 08 for the current list.
05Mobile Information Safeguard
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates, except for the messaging provider we use to deliver the messages you asked to receive. Your phone number is never sold, rented, or passed to advertisers, data brokers, or lead-generation services.
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. The full SMS terms — message types, frequency, and carrier charges — are in our Terms & Conditions.
06Information Collected Automatically
Like effectively every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically record standard technical details about each request: IP address, browser type and version (user agent), the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request.
This data is generated at the infrastructure level, is used only to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose technical problems, and is retained by our hosting provider on its standard schedule. We do not use it to build visitor profiles or to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information.
07Cookies
The Site does not set cookies, and it does not use local storage, session storage, or similar tracking technologies. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
08Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third parties to run the Site and communicate with you. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Site is hosted and delivered through AWS. AWS receives and logs the technical request data described in Section 06.
- Our form and email delivery providers. Contact form submissions are transmitted and delivered to our team by our form handling and email delivery providers, and stored in our own systems.
- RingCentral. We use RingCentral for telephone and text messaging. If you opt in to text messages, RingCentral processes your phone number and message content solely to deliver those messages on our behalf.
- Google Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google's font
servers (
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com). Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and user agent as part of that request. Google states that font requests are not used to create end-user profiles or for advertising. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
The Site contains no other third-party embeds — no video players, maps, social media widgets, chat tools, or advertising tags.
09Data Retention and Security
Contact form submissions and business correspondence are kept in our normal email and business systems for as long as needed for our working relationship and our business records, and then deleted or archived on our standard schedule. Records of text message consent and opt-out are retained for as long as we message you and for a reasonable period afterward, because carrier rules require us to be able to demonstrate that you gave permission.
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.
10Children's Privacy
The Site is a business-to-business marketing site. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
11Your Choices and Rights
Browsing the Site is anonymous — if you have never submitted the form, emailed, or called us, there is nothing tied to you for us to access, correct, or delete.
You always have these choices: leave the SMS opt-in box unchecked (it is unchecked by default and never required), reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, or contact us to ask what we hold about you.
If you have corresponded with us and would like to know what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted, email info@next-pl.com and we will honor your request to the extent the law allows and our records retention obligations permit. Depending on where you live — for example California, or the EU and UK — you may have specific statutory rights; we apply the same process to everyone who asks, regardless of location.
12Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control. This policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit from a link here.
13Changes to This Policy
If we add analytics, cookies, or any other feature that collects information, or change how we use what we already collect, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above before or at the time that change goes live.
